To foster an agile and collaboration-oriented culture, Telenor’s performance development process builds on a strength-based development approach. This is done through regular conversations with the line managers and peers.

Every year, all Telenor employees have a chance to voice their opinions about Telenor as a place to work in a survey. The survey is delivered by our external partner, Korn Ferry Hay Group, contractually bound to provide a safe and confidential survey.

Learning & Development

The rapidly changing industry we are in, demands that we constantly reinvent ourselves. Telenor thus has a strong focus on learning to enable employees to gain new and relevant skills and competences.

To speed up the workforce transformation process, our Group CEO introduced the 40h Challenge. All employees are to complete at least 40 hours of training and education each year.
