Bulgaria’s mobile network operator Globul, which was consolidated into the Telenor Group in 2013, has entered an international voice service partnership with Telenor Global Services (TGS).
TGS will be the preferred international gateway for the delivery of international voice services from Globul’s network in Bulgaria.
“As a quality supplier TGS has a focus on building high quality international voice services with the aim of increasing the end user experience. This helps to promote quality parameters such as average length of call and subsequently grow traffic. Direct termination through selected partners is a secure method to support quality management. TGS are therefore happy to welcome Globul to the list of direct Telenor Group destinations that are now available through TGS”, says Bjørn Iversen, CEO of TGS.
Interconnected partners of TGS will have the opportunity to terminate their (internationally generated) traffic through TGS directly into Globul’s network in Bulgaria.
